Sunday Showcase

No. 23 - Adir Yakobi

This week on the Sunday Showcase we’re excited to present a sample of work by Adir Yakobi. Design and functionality intersect in the objects, furniture, and light fixtures Adir creates, each of which seems to come from a dream or made-up world or faraway planet. We love keeping up with his work and visiting his studio in Florentin.

About the artist:

Adir Yakobi is an artist residing in Tel Aviv. He is interested in creating new forms, textures, and materials, and presenting them in functional mediums. Alongside his architectural lighting collection, Adir’s passion is creating collectible design-art objects and furniture. He is currently involved in international architectural projects and presentations. Recently, he presented work in Milan and New York.

Alongside the magazine, Sunday Showcase provides additional opportunities for emerging artists and writers to share their work and gain exposure. There are no themes or deadlines, simply email us your best work for a chance to get featured across all of our channels. We accept writing of any genre and visual art of all mediums.
